You will be part of a cross-functional group of engineers that are applying the latest research in Generative AI and NLP - including LLMs and other advancements in research into our core product lines.What You'll DoPartner with other business units to define the next-generation chatbot paradigms in the LLM era to deliver unparalleled user experienceDesign, implement and scale critical machine learning algorithms and services to support Replicant's most strategic initiativesProvide architectural guidance and mentorship to up-level the engineering organizationSet the team's technical direction, cultivating an environment that encourages innovation and professional growthWhat You'll Bring12+ years industry experience in relevant fields, with 5+ years of experience in technical leadership in Conversational AI productsDomain expertise in multiple of the following areas: Conversational AI, NLP, Knowledge Base, Dialog Management, ASR, LLM.
