Our team thrives on excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to advancing engineering practices. Role Description We are looking for a Revit Modeler to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler at GEO Global Engineering Office in Riyadh. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating Building Information Models, collaborating with architects, and developing construction drawings. Key Responsibilities

Revit Modeling:

Develop, manage, and maintain accurate Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models based on project requirements.
Coordinate and integrate models with input from multidisciplinary teams.

Documentation:

Generate schedules, quantities, and other relevant construction documentation directly from Revit models.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including BIM protocols and the Saudi Building Code.
Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Participate in team meetings to resolve modeling issues and improve project outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct model reviews for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications.
Identify and resolve any clashes using clash detection tools like Navisworks.

Training and Development:

Provide Revit training and support to junior team members, as needed.
Stay updated on the latest software developments, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
Experience in large-scale projects, including commercial, industrial, or residential buildings.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Revit (Architectural, Structural, and MEP modules).
Knowledge of BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks, Dynamo scripting is a plus).
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software.
Understanding of Saudi Building Code and local construction practices.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
