Job Description As a Telesales Agent in The Pearl Gates, your primary responsibility is to generate sales leads and convert them into potential clients. You will be working over the phone, making outbound calls to prospective customers and handling inbound inquiries. Your main focus will be on selling real estate properties, such as houses, apartments, commercial spaces, or land, depending on the company's portfolio. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Proactively search for potential clients by conducting market research, identifying target demographics, and obtaining contact information from various sources.
  2. Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest or may have potential interest in buying or selling properties. Introduce yourself, the company, and the available properties, aiming to establish a rapport with the prospects.
  3. Respond to Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from potential clients who have inquiries about the properties or services offered by the real estate company. Provide accurate and helpful information to address their questions and concerns.
  4. Property Presentations: Effectively present details of available properties to potential clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and unique selling points to generate interest.
  5. Qualify Leads: Ask relevant questions to determine the needs, budget, and preferences of potential clients. Qualify leads based on their seriousness and readiness to buy or sell properties.
  6. Database Management: Keep detailed records of all interactions with clients and prospects in the company's CRM system. Update and maintain customer information, interactions, and follow-up actions.
  7. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and build relationships. Keep them informed about new properties and real estate market updates.
  8. Sales Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with potential buyers or sellers to close deals at the best possible terms for both parties involved.
  9. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the real estate company.
  10. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate market trends, property prices, mortgage rates, and legal requirements to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
  11. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the sales team, brokers, and other departments within the real estate company to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
  12. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and address any concerns they may have throughout the sales process.
  13. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical standards in real estate sales and marketing practices.
We are looking for a Telesales agent with experience in B2B commercials who really understands the business. As a Telesales Agent, your success will be measured by your ability to generate leads, convert them into clients, and achieve sales targets, all while maintaining a professional and courteous approach with potential buyers and sellers. Strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and knowledge of the real estate market are essential for excelling in this role. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
  • TeleSales Insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Tele Sales: 1 year (Required)
