I&C Supervisor (Nuclear)

As the I&C Supervisor, you will manage a team of technicians, coordinate outage activities, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of I&C Technicians, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
2. Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement schedules for calibration, maintenance, and testing of instrumentation and control systems during the outage.
3. Technical Oversight: Provide expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of I&C systems, including analog and digital components.
4. Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to nuclear safety regulations, site protocols, and quality assurance standards.
5. Problem Resolution: Identify and address issues with I&C systems in a timely and effective manner to minimize downtime.
6. Documentation: Review and validate work reports, calibration records, and compliance documentation for accuracy and completeness.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with project management, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure smooth coordination of all outage activities.

1. Significant experience as an I&C Supervisor or senior-level I&C Technician on nuclear projects , including outages or major maintenance.
2. In-depth knowledge of instrumentation and control systems, including PLCs, DCS, SCADA, and field devices.
3. Familiarity with nuclear safety standards.
4. Proven ability to lead teams in a high-pressure, regulated environment.
5. Strong understanding of calibration, testing, and troubleshooting techniques.
6. Relevant certifications or licenses.
7. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
9. Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on safety and compliance.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
11. Flexibility to work extended hours, shifts, and weekends during the outage period.
