Job Title: Site Facility O&M ManagerLocation: Saudi ArabiaVacancy: 1 VacancyJob Description:Required to join an expanding contractor in Saudi Arabia. With a full order book and 2024 looking very busy, they are recruiting a Site Facility O&M Manager to join the team. Working within the operations & maintenance division, you will be site-based with responsibilities including:Monitors, coordinates and makes follow-up on areas of concern regarding the day-to-day Operation & Maintenance activities on Site;Analyze trends and takes corrective action in case required and report;Ensures that responsibilities are assigned and associated authorizations delegated;Provides leadership, maintains good personnel relations and provides support;Structures and maintains information/communication flows between upstream and downstream parties;Ensures that works are established within established Quality Control Standards;Applies the principles and techniques of site-supervision including planning, organizing, staffing, leadership and control, and maintaining of discipline;Manage and monitors training/support for Saudi Trainees, as and when required.Desired Candidate Profile:A degree or diploma in Engineering (ideally mechanical or electrical);10 years experience in the broad spectrum of operation & maintenance function;Extensive knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC maintenance; environmental safety work practices;Must possess a valid driver's license;Must be fluent in English language (oral and written).Employment Type: Full TimeCompany Industry: Facilities ManagementDepartment / Functional Area: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)Keywords: Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, HVAC Maintenance, Facility Management, Operation Maintenance
