Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)Nationality: AnyVacancy:Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and manage fit-out, renovation, and interior projects, ranging from small to medium-sized. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Oversee and manage renovation projects, ensuring they stay on track with timelines and budgets.Supervise all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.Efficiently manage project resources, materials, and schedules.Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE, etc.).Strong exposure in a construction company engaged in renovation, interior, and fit-out projects.Experience with small to medium-scale construction projects such as restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, home renovations, retail outlets, and similar projects.
