Responsible for managing hotel reservations, providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and resolving issues while maintaining accurate records.Manage guest reservations, ensure effective communication, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with departments to enhance guest experiences.Develop revenue sales strategies, promote core values, and sell hotel services through direct client contacts to achieve sales goals.Minimum Requirements:Previous experience in a similar reservations, front office or customer service role, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end service environment.Fluency in Arabic and English.Experience using hotel reservation systems.
