Job Description: Generate and prepare regular sales reports in Excel. Responsible for updating Customer Master Data as needed. Maintain & update inventory of Handheld equipment sheet for all locations covered in KSA. Serve as a key point of contact for the sales team, offering technical support for devices and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise in the market. Follow up with suppliers for maintenance of Handheld devices & printers. Coordinate shipments to the sales team, managing orders and ensuring timely deliveries through logistics providers such as DHL. Handle monthly and annual DSD VAN inventory processes, ensuring that all records are up to date and accurate. The diverse nature of Sales Operations responsibilities means that employees should have a wide variety of skills that can be employed simultaneously. Requirements: Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel. Good command of English. Should be analytical and detail-oriented.
