Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:Prepare, report and analyze Financial Statements (B/S, P&L, Cash Flows)Ensure results are accurately reported and analyzedEffective management of the accounting teamCalculation of billing and cost rates, and analysis of margins to manage profitability.Preparation and management of annual plan and quarterly reforecast in conjunction with Business Management and Finance teamResponsibility for compliance with financial management Framework within the individual's sphere of controlFocus on cash collection, optimization of DSO and minimization of unbilled items together with ensuring these balance sheet areas are appropriately reconciled, analyzed and controlledLiaising with external, internal and client auditorsSkills & Qualifications:3-4 years project accounting experience (Total experience: 5-7 year)Experience in preparation and analysis of Financial StatementsExperience in budgeting & forecastingExperience in Joint Venture accountingBig 4 Experience (Preferable)Proficient user of Excel & PPT (Power BI is a plus)People supervision and management skillsGood commercial knowledgeGood systems experience (e.g. Oracle Cloud)
