Job Description: 8+ years of expertise in SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration & Payroll Accounting). Hands-on experience in SAP Customization (Wage types, Schema, Rules) and ABAP Workbench development. Proven background in cloud environments (preferably MS Azure) and agile SDLC. Familiarity with modern programming, DevOps, SQL/noSQL databases, and test-driven development. Integration experience of SAP HCM with Azure Databricks is a must. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with strong communication skills in English (technical writing and presentations). Must-Have Skills: ✔ SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting). ✔ SAP Customization (Wage types, Schema, Rules). ✔ ABAP Workbench development with OOP and Software Engineering background. ✔ Data Dictionaries, Reports, and Forms. Good-to-Have Skills: ➕ MS Azure Databricks / Azure Data Factory. ➕ SAP Fiori. ➕ SQL / NoSQL databases. ➕ Code optimization.
