Our Client is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the maintenance and repair of facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance and repair needs.
- Manage and control facility budgets, including procurement and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including employees and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Must not be More than 27years of Age
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Facility Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office.
