  1. Take brand ownership and devise the brand marketing strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
  2. Define the brand positioning, ensuring that the brand stands out in a competitive market and resonates deeply with our consumer base.
  3. Be a custodian of the brand identity, image, messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and assets.
  4. Craft the positioning, value proposition and messaging, driven by consumer insights
  5. Have a cross functional approach to ensure the brand positioning and messaging is followed by multiple teams
  6. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative
  7. Translating brand strategy into brand plan and go-to-market strategy
  8. Foster a consistent and positive brand image among internal stakeholders.
  9. Communicate and align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.
  10. Ensure that all internal stakeholders understand and support the brand strategy.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. 8+ years of experience in brand marketing with a proven track record in new-age tech companies.
  2. Deep understanding of brand positioning strategies, particularly within the B2B domain.
  3. Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building internal and external relationships.
  5. A go-getter with ownership and commitment.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to work cross-departments constantly.
  8. Master’s degree in Marketing or Mass Communication.
