Overview The NUHS Compensation Department supports the group’s initiatives that align with the organizational goals while ensuring the cluster remains equitable and competitive for staff retention and talent attraction. This includes the annual salary adjustment, market survey submission, and bonus payment. The team collaborates with the internal HR partners to manage annual manpower and departmental budgeting. Responsibilities Reporting to the Assistant Director, HR for Compensation and Payroll, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the full scope of compensation function which includes: Preparing reports as per assigned. Handling the full computation and participating in the annual manpower budgeting exercise for NUHS HQ and Group Operations & Information Technology departments. Administering and supporting the process for the annual compensation exercises. Assisting the Assistant Director in providing reports for compensation analysis, MOH salary review exercises and surveys; supporting internal/external HR audits, preparing monthly and yearly accruals to the Finance Department, and any ad-hoc compensation exercises as required. Engaging and partnering with various HR and Finance teams to support the compensation needs for the departments. Having relevant experience in supporting the end-to-end process for salary budgeting, data analysis, and drawing reports from SAP HRIS, being highly proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), compensation analysis, meticulous with numbers, and handling confidential information. Experience And Skill Requirements Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in large organizations, preferably with compensation experience. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HRIS. Well-versed in MS Office (Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Good verbal and written communication skills and collaboration skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent time management skills, strong sense of accountability, and proven ability to meet deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
