As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting our project managers and consultants and ensuring the smooth delivery of our projects. Responsibilities Support in the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects Preparation of project reports, status updates and presentations for management Managing and updating project documentation, including schedules, budgets and risk registers Coordinating meetings, workshops and other project events Maintaining project management tools and systems Supporting the identification and implementation of improvements in the project management process Communicating with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met Requirements Completed studies or comparable training in the field of project management, business administration or a related discipline At least 2 years of experience in project management or in the PMO area Sound knowledge of common project management tools and Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence Excellent organizational skills Strong communication skills and efficiency in interacting with various stakeholders Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach Team-oriented way of working and commitment to mutual success as a team Fluency in written and spoken English and German is a plus We Offer A challenging and varied position in a dynamic working environment Independent working from home A motivated and supportive team If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please send us your CV and a covering letter stating your salary expectations.
