People Profilers | Business Development Manager

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the developer community through market research, networking, and other strategies. Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and partners for our developer relations as a service offering. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the developer community. Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the developer relations team, to identify and assess potential business opportunities. Develop and deliver presentations/proposals to potential clients and partners in the developer community. Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors activities in the developer relations community. Achieve and exceed annual business development targets for our developer relations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Experience with market research and analysis.
