*B2B Sales Representative – Technology - Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS)* We are currently looking for remote sales representatives to call businesses across the country. From your home office, this role is responsible for introducing yourself to clients, booking online demos, and selling our leading-edge SaaS Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a B2B sales role, and will call on talent acquisition managers, recruiters, business owners, presidents, HR managers, etc. This is a performance-based opportunity, meaning you get paid for the sales you make. You can be earning $8,000 per month by your 3rd month. Depending on your performance, you will earn $30,000 to $300,000 per year - all while working from home. This is a reoccurring sales and revenue stream business. No traffic, you can work from your home office anywhere in North America. --*Responsibilities:** Research company profiles online * Review their career pages to see the technology they are using * Call the company, find the person in charge of hiring, and introduce yourself and our company as an ATS solution * Start the conversation with the goal of doing a demo * Book online demos to sell the functions and features to meet the client's needs * Provide pricing and follow up * Close the sale and complete sales paperwork * The goal is to book 5+ demos weekly and close 4+ sales monthly * Average sales are approximately $6,000, with the large sales at $250,000 and the smallest sale at $3,000-- Our sales team members come from many different backgrounds and there is no one perfect fit to be successful. --*Qualifications:** Experience with Sales, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting, software sales, staffing, or other general business knowledge. * Experience making outbound calls in a customer service or sales capacity * Strong interpersonal skills. * Expert-level computer skills * Tech savvy with the ability to book demos and walk prospects through the software in online meetings. * Experience using a CRM an asset. * A late model computer with high speed internet. --*We Offer:** High commission rates - NO CAP on earnings. If you have the ability to sell, you'll make more with us than anywhere else. * Excellent flexibility - No commutes or travel required and you can make your own schedule, but we need a minimum 32 hours weekly. No restrictions on territory. * We provide an online CRM, lead generation, support, and phone system. * A great team to fully support you and make sure clients you sell are very happy.
