Branch Supervisor (Kota Kinabalu, Sabah)
Manage the parcel and cash processing, disbursement, and day-to-day routing. To be accurate, reduce the loss and most effective.- Manage transportation/distribution routes of branches and solve problems during transportation for maximum efficiency.
- Manage communication with customers and related people in all communication channels. To give advice and solve basic problems in the receiving - delivery of parcels.
- Responsible for ensuring customer information is accurate as standard.
- Check the records and reports of the day/week/month. Either for parcels with residual delivery problems or related issues and quick fixes of problems immediately to be able to meet the delivery time.
- Analyze the problem and performance. To propose solutions to deliver more efficiently and more productively.
- Support resources used in the operation are adequate. So that employees can work efficiently.
- Responsible for the daily earnings summary report. And examining the financial system within the responsible branch to assess the performance of day-to-day operations.
- Supervise employee management in terms of scheduling, providing adequate support for the resources used in the work. So that employees can work efficiently.
- Directing, giving advice, training, and working standards for subordinates to ensure efficient operation and availability for migration or appointment in the future.
- Study and follow up on new knowledge technologies that relate to be applied in the administration efficiently.
- Perform work and other projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in logistics or any other field related.
- At least 2 years’ experience in branch management of operations in Express business or other business related.
- Knowledge in Computer skills Ms Office, especially Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to communicate in English or Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Have leadership skills and managing the team professionally.
- Able to communicate, negotiate, and coordinate with other parties as well.
- Ability to think critically, work proactively, develop, and focus on results regularly.
- Working Time: 6 days and 1 off day.
