SAP Trainer / Walkme Consultant

Role: SAP Trainer / Walkme Consultant Location: Any Wipro India location

• A Learning Consultant who is passionate about creating innovative eLearning experiences to develop a corporate training programmes
• Have delivered classroom training sessions on at least one of the ERP systems (SAP S4HANA, Oracle or Salesforce)
• Someone who is passionate about design, data visualization and convert impact full design based on client specific brand guidelines
• Someone who has designed communications and training programme for large scale SAP, Oracle, Salesforce ERP or Technology Transformations program
• Someone who comes with strong pedagogical design experience, can work with a diverse range of design styles (instructor led and self-paced training such as infographic videos and interactive activities, gamification webinar and microlearning)
• Own and deliver communication and learning design activities such as brainstorm with Learning Consultants, Create Design Concepts, Design Plan, Design guideline, checklist, templates and design deliverables, etc.
• Awareness and understanding of different design theories, development models, design approaches
• Experience of design Communication Design and Learning Design for large scale technology implementation preferably in one of the following areas: SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Cloud, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SFDC, Workday, RPA, Blockchain
