Domnic Lewis has been mandated to work for the position of " Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor (Leadership hiring)" for one of the Global EPC company based in Mumbai. Experience : 8+ years into Leadership hiring for Oil & Gas companies (EPC) preferred. Qualifications : MBA from a reputed Institute/University preferred. Location : Navi Mumbai. (Outstation candidates allowed) Candidate preference : ( Candidate should have a background of working with an Oil and Gas company currently and hiring for engineering segment ) Job Purpose: This role involves leading end-to-end executive talent acquisition for senior positions in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in executive search methodologies. A proven ability to identify, attract, and secure top-tier executive talent is critical to drive business success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive executive search strategies to identify and engage high-caliber leadership talent.
- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to understand leadership requirements, define role specifications, and establish hiring criteria.
- Leverage diverse sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, direct outreach, and online platforms, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with senior talent pools and communities within the industry, integrating innovative approaches such as community building, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
- Conduct in-depth assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and competency evaluations, to ensure candidates align with organizational goals and culture.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive search to enhance recruitment processes continuously.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Support the deployment of global talent acquisition models and strategies across the region.
- Drive consistent, high-quality talent acquisition processes aligned with organizational standards for leadership hiring.
- Contribute to the rollout and adoption of new talent acquisition technologies and frameworks.
- Utilize and enhance assessment and selection methodologies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Provide training and guidance on assessment methodologies to stakeholders as needed.
- 8+ years of progressive experience with a strong focus on leadership hiring for engineering segment within Oil and Gas segment .
- Experience in both executive search firms and corporate environments.
- Prior experience in industries such as EPC, Oil & Gas, and Chemicals is advantageous .
- A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- MBA or PG in Management preferred.
