Job Description: US IT Recruiter & US Non - IT Recruiter(Onsite) Location: Manjeera Trinity Corporate, KPHB, Hyderabad Positions: 4 Experience: 6 months to 3 years (strictly) Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite About the Role: We are seeking dynamic and skilled US IT and non IT Recruiters to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting talent for IT and Non-IT roles, with a focus on the US market. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT roles, including but not limited to:
• Data Scientists
• Data Analysts
• Data Engineers
• Cloud Engineers
• Manage recruitment for Non-IT roles in engineering and professional domains.
• Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Utilize various sourcing platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups and feedback.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and generate regular reports.

• Experience: 6 months to 3 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies in the IT domain.
• Familiarity with technical and functional requirements in IT and Non-IT roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards.

• Experience recruiting for IT domains such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Cloud Engineering, etc.
• Exposure to Non-IT recruitment for engineering and professional roles.
• Understanding of US employment laws and work authorization processes (H1B, OPT, etc.).
