Experience Requirement: Min 3~8 years of experience in core engagement, HRBP, Corporate role in a big enterprise setup or handling end to end HR engagement in startup or rapid growing business environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Employee Engagement strategy through meticulous planning and seamless implementation based on Organizational HR strategic goals. Should have experience in strategizing engagement policy which is business driven and not passive activities. Exposure to structural change initiatives like job description revamp, compensation benchmarking, hierarchy revamp, Employee development interventions. Should have strong exposure to driving communication strategies in the organization at individual, group / team, cross functional, Business unit and organizational level which shall be periodic and need basis. Drive culture building effort through various engagement strategies like DEI, Change management, Mentoring & Coaching institutionalization, learning culture, individual and team development. Been part of or led rewards and recognition strategy which is stitched with business operation and serves the purpose of right identification of right talent through unbiased process. Should be an inquisitive personality in getting to know latest HR tech, digital solutions, industry best and innovative practices to propose, customize and implement to specific organizational needs. Handled intervention strategies implementation as a active working hand at several level – like Development Center, Focus Group Discussion, Survey (Main and Dipstick), Value and Competencies re-definition and evaluation of culturalization. Coordinate with leadership team in creating engagement policies and new initiative and implement through collaborative attitude. Handled Fun at work initiatives. Touch point management. Employee opinion Educational Qualification : Post Graduate in HR / MSW / MHRM / HROD or Equivalent degree – Full time and from reputed. Any engagement and HR Strategy specific certification from reputed bodies will be added advantage
