About the Role As the HR Operations Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our HR department running smoothly. You'll be a key player in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and providing exceptional support to our team.
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
- Performance Management & Development: Implement and manage performance management systems, identify talent gaps, and develop strategies to enhance employee performance and career growth.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster strong employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Grievance Redressal: Efficiently handle and resolve employee grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees, promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and competitive market practices.
- HR Operations & Administration: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including record-keeping, payroll processing, and policy implementation.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating HR-related risks.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce HR policies and procedures consistently, ensuring compliance and accountability.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential HR risks and implement preventive measures to minimize their impact.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize HR data to generate insights, track key metrics, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and optimize HR processes.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor key HR metrics, such as employee turnover, engagement, and productivity, to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (preferred).
- 4-8 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (experience with specific systems a plus).
