Well experienced in managing Indian food production with a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in Singapore food and beverage related companies. Qualification required: minimum bachelor degree in management. Focus areas include Kerala prata (Malabar), traditional snacks, and curry paste production. Food industry management experience is essential. Key Responsibilities Managing the daily operations, including training staff members. Ordering food supplies, equipment repairs, and other materials needed to keep the facility running smoothly. Monitoring inventory levels of food and supplies to ensure adequate supply levels. Coordinating with suppliers to obtain high quality ingredients while keeping prices low. Ensuring that food safety standards are being met by employees during preparation, cooking, and serving processes. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years of food management experience. In-depth knowledge of food principles and best practices. Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attracts customers. Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Creative and innovative thinking. Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety. Experience managing inventories and stocktaking.
