Project Manager

Project Management Responsibilities: Ensuring project is executed according to contractual conditions within schedule and budget allocations. Coordinating and interfacing with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for timely execution of all project activities. Preparing master programme. Delegating and assigning duties to site staff under his/her charge. Controlling the use of site resources and overall project costs on site. Ensuring safe work procedures are implemented to control risks. Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years relevant construction field experience in Singapore. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Able to work within tight schedules and fast turn-around times. Good interpersonal communication and people management skills.
