Job Title: Banking Specialist Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities: Support new account maintenance and deal setup, starting with simple to medium complexity depending on expertise. Collaborate closely with the Fulfillment team to ensure clients are set up correctly on BOA's Cash Pro system. Update and track deal status in a timely manner. Evaluate and escalate issues as required to ensure timely completion of deals. Support IAs with key client onboarding and RFPs. Develop knowledge of BOA's cash management solutions and offerings. Contribute to migration projects related to mandate updates and outreach for expiring client IDs for the Fulfillment team. Requirements: A proactive learner with a strong desire for continuous improvement. Innovative and open-minded with a professional and positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and challenges. Strong application software skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Candidates with experience in excel macros, Power BI, SQL, or Tableau will be given preference. At least 2 years of experience in banking or implementation is preferred. Excellent presentations, communication, time management, problem-solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
