Your Day to Day In a Nutshell Every day is different, but generally as a Telephone Operator, you'll be the go-to phone person at the hotel, handling all the daily calls. Whether it's answering questions, directing calls, or managing reservations, you got it covered. Plus, you will be the dispatcher, sending work orders to the right crew to keep things running smoothly. You will represent the Hotel in a vibrant and engaged manner while interacting with guests and colleagues. You will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the department's operations.
