Sales Director - Manama - Keypoint

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the Middle East and Africa region.

Main Responsibilities:

• Increase sales turnover, profitability, and market share within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and expand relationships with local and international distributors and customers through strategic communication and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to analyze sales forecasts, stock levels, and product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Manage inventory and develop strategies to achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG companies. Experience in distributor management and ERP/SAP systems is highly desirable. $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
