Medcure RS is looking for a spiffing and straight-up element for the Medical Billing A/R Specialist position to help us develop and implement our Revenue Cycle and Practice Management systems. We are a US-based Healthcare IT Company in Rawalpindi.Shift: Night Shift (8 pm to 5 am)Location: Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required), Commercial Market, RawalpindiResponsibilities:Understand the basic US healthcare medical terms.Possess good interpersonal skills to work as a team member and independently.Play a key role as a team member and pitch in when analytical skills are required.Meet timely deliverables as per industry standards.Perform multiple tasks at the same time.Application Questions:Do you have medical billing experience?Do you have any issue working night shifts?Do you have good English speaking skills?Job SpecificationRequired Skill Set:Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in the English languageStrong skills in statistics and reportingUtilize excellent analytical skills in analyzing business needsProblem-solving skills to resolve issues that appear during day-to-day operationsExcellent team-building skillsGood knowledge of handling Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and other office management toolsFamiliarity with handling virtual calling systemsKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, IPAs, Medicare Advantage plans, Medical Billing/AR, Claim follow-up, Denials Management, Insurance calls, and Payer Portals queries would be a plusExperience working with international call centers and agile working environments would be a plus
