Our Marketing & Content Department is a creative powerhouse, crafting compelling campaigns and engaging content to fuel brand growth. Responsible for setting MAGNiTT's tone of voice across multiple platforms, the published content targets the VC Ecosystem key players and drives lead generation to the platform.We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our Marketing & Content team and be responsible for creating compelling and effective copy for different marketing touchpoints. By collaborating with other members of the creative team, you will craft communication pieces and campaigns across various platforms with the goal of spreading the message and goals of the marketing strategy, while resonating with the target audience.Responsibilities:Develop and write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various marketing channels, including website pages, video scripts, press releases, and promotional materials.Proofread and edit content according to our marketing targets and strategy.Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and platforms.Provide insights and expertise to incorporate into our existing brand voice and tone.Conduct thorough research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to provide insight into trends and creative foresight.Work closely with the Research team to create articles about the industry and landing pages for reports.Collaborate with the graphic designer to make the copy and design a cohesive story.Job Requirements:Required Skills and Qualifications:+3 years of experience as a copywriter or in a similar role.Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.Have a clear understanding and deep interest in the finance/venture capital world.Fluent oral & written English.Ability to switch between two distinct tones of voice (brand and personal).Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize content accordingly.Highly organized and meticulous.Proactive, and dedicated to meeting deadlines.Good to have/be:Experience in the VC ecosystem is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Fluent oral & written Arabic is a bonus.Dynamic, flexible, and open-minded.Passionate about the startup/venture capital ecosystem.Experience with the MAGNiTT Platform and/or other financial databases is a bonus.Interview Process:A 30-minute video call with the hiring manager, where you can describe your background and highlight your strengths. This is a great opportunity to ask about the specifics of the position.Technical Assignment:In this stage, you'll be given an assignment to work on, to present and discuss it with the hiring manager. Each assignment has been specifically designed for the respective position and aims to assess your technical skills and thinking process.Culture Interview:Our culture is a big part of MAGNiTT. With this in mind, our final stage interview is conducted by our employees. You will meet 3 of our team members, who will assess if you're a good fit for what we're building at MAGNiTT.
