The Sales Coordinator for the HORECA section plays a pivotal role in supporting the HORECA sales team by handling day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This includes managing customer relationships, processing orders, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction for our HORECA clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a deep understanding of the HORECA industry.Co-ordinating with the team to facilitate the correct process and to ensure smooth procedures for all the orders and business requirements.To Coordinate with different departments of Company for smooth operations.Prepare for Samples submission process/docs and safely return of the samples.Preparing quotation, Sales orders, delivery, invoicing and on time client statement.Tracking on Payment from different company ensuring that there is no delayed or pending payment due.Preparing various reports to ensure the correct tracking of Sales, deliveries, and payment Collection.Setting up a meeting every week with relevant teams and depts to ensure problems are solved and close follow-up on all processes.Managing the local purchases and arranging all the documents needed in coordination with all the different depts, especially finance to make sure the process is done on time.Responsible for the showroom display, cleanliness, good presentation.Being aware of all the products and ranges we have in the showroom, ensuring the correct presentation and product awareness are provided to the showroom clients.Responsible for online sales, reporting, delivery, invoicing, and on-time replenishment process.Making necessary arrangements for any participation of a Trade show & Exhibitions.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the HORECA industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
