Registered General Nurse - Dermatology

With assistance from an exceptional RN, we can continue our mission of helping individuals achieve a life of health and wellness.Objectives of this roleDeliver a high standard of medical care according to the specific orders of each patient's physicianWork alongside staff members as part of an integrated, multidisciplinary teamFollow a model of care that supports the wellness of our patients and staffServe as a primary source of medical information for patients and caregiversFoster a supportive and compassionate environment of care for patients and their familiesResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess, and monitor patients' health conditionsAdminister medications and provide treatment according to physician's ordersProvide health education, medication review, healthcare coordination, and specialist referralsMonitor blood pressure and chronic conditionsEnsure that all treatments and medications are fully documented in patients' health recordsRequired skills and qualificationsBachelor's of science degree (or equivalent) in nursingQCHP License as a registered nurseBasic life support (BLS) certificationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred skills and qualificationsTwo or more years of experience in DermatologyAbility to communicate in more than one languageJob Type: Full-timeEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)License/Certification:QCHP license (Required)
