Recruitment Specialist

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate qualifications.Coordinate and schedule both virtual and in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.RequirementsOnly Philippines Nationals (located in The Philippines)Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience (3+ years) as a recruiter.Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.Visa will be provided by the company.Company Industry: IT - Software ServicesDepartment / Functional Area: HR, Human Relations, Industrial RelationsKeywords: Recruitment Specialist
