Job Description

1. Organize each production workshop to prepare quarterly and monthly production plan according to the actual order. 2. Analyze the material requirement plan and update the production plan. 3. Supervise the implementation of the plan, manage the material inventory and ensure the balance of production. 4. Coordinate with interface departments such as workshop to ensure the control of production schedule. 5. Make production and material demand plan according to the sales plan, and track its implementation progress. 6- Capacity evaluation: to evaluate the availability of production equipment, personnel, raw materials and other resources and determine the production capacity, it is necessary to communicate and cooperate with relevant departments such as production department and purchasing department. 7- Make production plan: According to the results of demand analysis and capacity evaluation, make production plan, including production quantity, production time, production sequence, etc. The production plan shall be feasible, flexible and adjustable. 8- Resource allocation: According to the production plan, allocate resources such as production equipment, personnel and raw materials.  Ensure that the resources in the production process are fully utilized to avoid waste of resources. 9- Production execution: Carry out production operations according to the production plan to ensure the smooth progress of the production process.  During the production process, it is necessary to monitor the production progress and product quality, and solve the problems found in time. 10- Production monitoring: Monitor the production process in real time by means of production progress report and quality report.  Monitor the key indicators in the production process, such as production efficiency, pass rate, inventory, etc. 11- Production adjustment: Adjust the production plan according to the production monitoring results.  In case of production progress lag and quality problems, it is necessary to adjust the production plan in time to ensure the realization of production objectives. 12- Production summary: Summarize the production process, analyze the problems and improvement measures in the production process, and provide reference for the next production plan. 13- Continuous improvement: according to the production summary and market changes, continuously optimize the production planning process to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Job Requirements

• Education and major: Bachelor degree or above
• Language ability: can use English for daily communication, and can speak Chinese better
• Professional skills: proficient in office software ( such as ERP, Excel, PPT, etc. )
• Work experience: Working in planning delivery is preferred
• General ability: strong data analysis ability, communication and coordination promotion ability
• Personality characteristics: clear thinking, strong sense of responsibility, steady and careful work
• Job-seeking motivation: Have the willingness to deepen technology and long-term development in the company's planned management position
