Job Overview

As a Data Scientist at Jeeny, you will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from our data, leveraging statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and programming skills to support our business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data analytics into actionable strategies that enhance user experience and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data distributions and relationships
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analysis pipeline
• Build, train, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms
• Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning and feature engineering
• Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance
• Collaborate with the product team to understand objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Design experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to evaluate the impact of business strategies
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis
• Present technical findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Liaison with the designated team to identify key deliverables & business process optimization
• Commercial awareness and confidence in working with complex data and systems

Requirements

• Excellent Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills
• 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning or a related field
• Must have worked with structural and non-structural databases
• Proficient in programming languages like Python or R
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
• Experience with large language models (LLM) and LangChain
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Hadoop, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake or Azure
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Knowledge of hypothesis testing, regression, and probability distributions
