Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the health and wellness market to drive revenue growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Educate prospective and current clients on the benefits of our products and services through engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and trials.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets by employing effective strategic selling and negotiation techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns, lead-generation strategies, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics using CRM tools, providing actionable feedback to refine and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging health and wellness innovations to ensure our offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demands.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, ideally within the health and wellness industry or a related field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of independently driving results.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Passion for health, wellness, and making a positive impact on people’s quality of life. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with health and wellness products, such as dietary supplements, fitness programs, or lifestyle improvement services.
