Declan O Dea & David Fitzpatrick T/A Tarahill Properties (The Lotts Cafe Bar) is seeking 1 Chef De Partie. Main duties include:
- Plans menus, prepares, seasons, and cooks foodstuffs or oversees their preparation and monitors the quality of finished dishes.
- Supervises, organizes, and instructs kitchen staff and manages the whole kitchen or an area of the kitchen.
- Ensures relevant hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained within the kitchen.
- Plans and coordinates kitchen work such as fetching, clearing, and cleaning of equipment and utensils.
- Experience: 2 years experience required
- Location: Dublin
- Contract Type: Full time
- Payment Rate: Salary €34,000 Annually
