Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in Agile driven projects.
- Experience in creating project related Techno Functional Role, with must have experience in database models and data mapping.
- Experience in API driven products, with some knowledge on JSON definitions.
- Good Communication skills. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools to create visual representations of user interfaces and workflows.
- Assist stakeholders in adapting to new processes or systems.
- Familiarity of QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and business environments is crucial for success.
- Requirement Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation.
- Analyze and document current business processes using techniques like process mapping and workflow diagrams.
- Analyze data requirements and define data models to support business processes.
- Translate a completely technical specification to User requirements and vice versa.
- Understanding functional impact with change in technical architecture and deriving nonfunctional requirements.
- Create and own user stories and epics, participate in backlog grooming sessions and clarify requirements to prepare for upcoming sprints.
- Work closely with development teams during the design and implementation phases, providing clarifications and guidance on requirements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize items in the product backlog.
- Participate in sprint reviews to demonstrate completed work to stakeholders.
