Information Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Agile driven projects.
• Experience in creating project related Techno Functional Role, with must have experience in database models and data mapping.
• Experience in API driven products, with some knowledge on JSON definitions.
• Good Communication skills. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with prototyping and wireframing tools to create visual representations of user interfaces and workflows.
• Assist stakeholders in adapting to new processes or systems.
• Familiarity of QA processes and testing methodologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements, technologies, and business environments is crucial for success.
• Requirement Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation.
• Analyze and document current business processes using techniques like process mapping and workflow diagrams.
• Analyze data requirements and define data models to support business processes.
• Translate a completely technical specification to User requirements and vice versa.
• Understanding functional impact with change in technical architecture and deriving nonfunctional requirements.
• Create and own user stories and epics, participate in backlog grooming sessions and clarify requirements to prepare for upcoming sprints.
• Work closely with development teams during the design and implementation phases, providing clarifications and guidance on requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize items in the product backlog.
• Participate in sprint reviews to demonstrate completed work to stakeholders.
