Account Manager (Financial Service)

We are currently one of the preferred partners for a large banking client and are engaged closely. We are looking for an account manager with strong experience managing an account portfolio end to end, handling all facets such as revenue management, sales, and stakeholder engagement. This Account Manager's objectives would be to serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs, and to build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. Responsibilities: Building relationships : Developing strong relationships with customers and connecting with key stakeholders. Identifying opportunities : Identifying new business opportunities with existing customers. Working with the internal organization : Collaborating with internal teams to bring the best of Capgemini to the front. Revenue Management : Including contract negotiations. Banking Domain Knowledge : High level understanding of the banking domain and technology skills. Contract Management : Handling contracts and account revenue targets.
