Assistant Restaurant Manager, Skai Summary of Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations with right delegation. Monitor the reservation status and communicate with the culinary team. Plan and control manning to meet business needs and budget. Check the appearance, orderliness, cleanliness and set-up of the outlet and its related areas, ready 10 minutes before each meal period. Communicate with the team during daily briefings and conduct monthly department meetings. Ensure and conduct regular training and re-training when needed. Maintain service standards and procedures for the outlet and ensure they are followed. Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance in the outlet and related areas. Provide immediate attention to guest complaints and implement service recovery procedures. Interpret financial reports and create plans or promotions to improve profits for the outlet. Provide necessary training and guidance to the F&B team to ensure high standards and quality of products and services. Recruit, develop and retain a competent and confident F&B team to exceed guest expectations. Support the F&B team to be consistent in service, using a collaborative leadership style. Drive consistent service and process improvement. Qualifications: 2 years of F&B management experience. Experience in a similar size/style of 5-star hotel. Diploma in Hospitality Management. Leadership and people management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and independently. Service-oriented with an eye for detail.
