Head Concierge Job Description

As a Head Concierge, you will be responsible for maintaining an immaculate lobby and ensuring exceptional customer service to guests. This role requires interacting with guests and contributing to their first impressions of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer consistent, high-standard service and assistance to guests and maintain a lobby presence that offers courteous and attentive service.
• Ensure fast, efficient, and friendly service is provided to all individual customers and groups.
• Keep the Head Porter or Concierge Supervisor on duty informed of any relevant feedback from customers or other departments.
• Deliver messages and faxes throughout the day.
• Assist with room moves and luggage deliveries, and man the Front Door following standard operating procedures.
• Effectively handle and store long-term and short-term luggage for arriving/departing guests and clients.
• Maintain public areas and equipment in immaculate condition.
• Communicate with Security regarding unattended luggage.
• Greet guests in public areas and rooms in a warm manner.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in a supervisory role.
• The ability to listen and respond to demanding guest needs.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, personal presentation, and communication skills.
• Accountability and resilience.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - 80,000 per annum , depending on experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
