Manager QC - Garments

Responsibilities:Monitoring the manufacturing process during production on a daily basis to ensure delivery of finished goods as per standards required by customers.Ensure cutting, stitching, and making are as per quality standards.Ensure that the quality of semi-finished goods received from suppliers meets required quality standards.Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and technical integrity.Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing quality control objectives.Organize and control quality control activities throughout the production realization process.Conduct pre-pack auditing and acceptance quality level control.Control material wastage.Assist and coordinate with the Production department.Perform any other tasks assigned by Management.Job SpecificationMust have previous QC Garments/Apparel exposure.Must be familiar with stitching and cutting standards.
