Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO techniques, digital marketing strategies, and analytics tools. This role is critical in driving traffic to our website, improving our online presence, and executing effective marketing campaigns.Job Specification: SEO Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for targeted keywords.Perform on-page and off-page optimization.Technical SEO:Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues.Improve site speed, mobile optimization, and ensure proper indexing.Implement schema markup and manage XML sitemaps.Content Marketing:Create and manage content marketing strategies.Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and infographics.Distribute and promote content through various channels.PPC Campaign Management:Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.Monitor and adjust ad spend to maximize ROI.Social Media Marketing:Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Create and schedule engaging posts.Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Analytics and Reporting:Use Google Analytics and other tools to monitor website traffic and user behavior.Prepare monthly reports on SEO and digital marketing performance.Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.Email Marketing:Create and manage email marketing campaigns.Use tools like Mailchimp and SendGrid to design and send newsletters.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO and digital marketing.Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.Experience with content creation and content marketing strategies.Knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Excellent communication and writing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
