Associate Recruiter

Attract, source, and conduct scripted screenings to assess potential candidates for the level of interest, technical skills match, qualifications, and compensation expectations.Use sourcing techniques to identify talent for a variety of different level positions.Work closely with the 360 Recruiting Team Lead to understand the ideal candidate profiles and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.Format resumes into a specified format for submittals.Review job descriptions and post jobs on the website and job boards.Network and maintain relationships with key talent for short and/or long-term opportunities.Stay current on market trends, competitors within our industry, and innovative sourcing strategies.Manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Be able to create unique Boolean search strings.Work closely and collaboratively within a team.Eligibility criteria:Bachelor's Degree2-3 years of experience in sourcing and/or recruiting experience for an international company.A strong "people person" who is energized by building relationships.Competitive and resilient.Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proactive - taking initiative and follow through is a must.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.₨ 100,000 - ₨ 120,000 a month
