Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated High Touch Customer Experience Specialist to ensure a top-tier customer experience for our clients. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.Job Responsibility:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support- Proactively address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to meet customer expectations- Identify opportunities for improving the overall customer experience and implement effective solutionsCandidate Requirements:- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-touch or VIP customer service environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Relevant experience & background in Marketing & CRMSkillsSkills:- Luxury Retail Experience- Bilingual (Arabic Speaker)- Strong communication skills- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Attention to detail- Ability to multitask- Customer service orientation- Relationship management- Knowledge of CRM & Marketing- Conflict resolution skills- Adaptability and flexibility- Team player mentality
