Quality Control Manager - PharmaceuticalsAkhai Group, PakistanSupervising daily analysis of Q.C, maintaining quality control processes, analyzing the results and giving feedback and guidance to the production. Must ensure and assist in determining if materials, products, and/or processes are in accordance with specifications. Ensure the staff follows the set processes and adheres to best testing practices and product quality standards.Oversees the collection and production samples to evaluate quality.Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.Perform the quality inspection process of new part samples and record the data.Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.Investigate customer complaints regarding quality issues and develop a solution.Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures.Produce reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, or quality trends.Training of Q.C. staff.Job SpecificationYoung, energetic, and team leader.Minimum 12 years' experience in a role in a Quality Control Department and at least 4 years' experience as Manager Quality Control.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to foster and promote a positive work environment.Working knowledge of GMP / CGMP requirements.Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
