Senior Architect | Up to RM8K | Skudai, JB Job Code: 36482-KW-C(A45) Position: Senior Architect Salary Package: RM5,000 - RM8,000 Working Location: Skudai, JB Company Background: Architecture Firm Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9am to 6pm Job Descriptions:

1. Work with & report directly to the Project Director on all matters pertaining to assigned projects and issues.
2. Provide technical guidance and working direction to junior design team members.
3. Possess strong leadership qualities in leading drafter, 3D visualizer & junior colleagues on the working direction.
4. Participate in project meetings, meet with clients, and determine their needs and requirements while aligning with company design vision & mission.
5. Develop and present project, schedule/design proposals.
6. Review & check design, technical/tender/construction drawings to ensure alignment with client requirements.
7. Ensure all drawings delivered to clients are neat & comply with company drawing standards.
8. Manage projects from concept development through to completion (CCC Stage).
9. Lead coordination of all disciplines, associates, and other specialists to produce a comprehensive and coordinated design, tender & construction document set that meets client requirements, local building code, and applicable laws.
10. Adjust design and plans sketches by senior/project architect to meet client’s needs and statutory requirements.
11. Able to prepare a full set of comprehensive design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
12. Determine and adhere to timelines given by client and senior/project director.
13. Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionals.
14. Conduct tenders and administer building contracts.
15. Respond to builder and client queries during, before, and after construction.
16. Attend regular meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialists, and conduct regular site visits to check on progress, record & prepare meeting minutes & agenda.
17. Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as required.
18. Be responsive to the client and senior/projects architect during working hours (via WhatsApp, email, or other social apps).

• At least 3-5 years working experience as an Architect.
• Educational background in Architecture.
