JUNIOR LEGAL ASSOCIATE/ PUPIL IN CHAMBERS/ CONVEYANCING CLERK

1. JUNIOR LEGAL ASSOCIATE - Draft and review sale and purchase agreements and loan documentation. - Manage end-to-end conveyancing processes. - Liaise with clients, developers, banks, and authorities. - Conduct legal research and ensure regulatory compliance. 2. PUPIL IN CHAMBERS - Assist lawyers in legal drafting, case preparation, and research. - Attend to filing and administrative tasks. - Gain hands-on experience in real estate law under the guidance of experienced practitioners. 3. CONVEYANCING CLERK - Prepare and manage conveyancing documents (agreements, loan documents, etc.). - Liaise with clients, banks, and government agencies. - Maintain proper filing systems and manage deadlines effectively. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. JUNIOR LEGAL ASSOCIATE - Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B). - Valid Practicing Certificate or working towards one. - 1–2 years of experience in conveyancing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). - Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken). - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 2. PUPIL IN CHAMBERS - LL.B graduate qualified for pupillage. - Keen interest in conveyancing and real estate law. - Strong research and drafting skills. - Highly motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn. - Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. 3. CONVEYANCING CLERK - Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. - At least 1 year of experience in conveyancing work. - Detail-oriented and organized. - Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills is an added advantage.
