Senior Maintenance Executive (Salary up to RM 5,000)
Company Background: We are representing a fast-growing furniture manufacturing company in Klang. As they expand, they are hiring a Senior Maintenance Executive to join the team. Job Responsibilities:- Manage all installations, repairs, and upkeep operations for the company's facilities.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and adherence to all preventive maintenance projects.
- Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions.
- Assist with the maintenance of the calendar contracted services when required.
- Ensure an adequate supply of products is available for daily maintenance and emergency requirements.
- Maintain accurate records for all routine inspections of equipment and daily work logs.
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Maintenance Department.
- Knowledgeable about building maintenance, electrical systems, air conditioning, ventilation systems, fire protection systems, painting, and general carpentry repairs.
- Candidate from the manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (due to business nature).
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm // Alternate Saturday (Half day).
