SENIOR ENGINEER/ASSISTANT QC MANAGERS

About the role Neostra Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our growing manufacturing team in Senai, Johor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance processes and maintaining the highest standards of product quality. • Developing, implementing and monitoring quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify and resolve any issues
• Analysing quality data and providing detailed reports to management
• Leading a team of quality control technicians and providing training and guidance as needed
• Collaborating with production, engineering and procurement teams to improve quality and efficiency
• Staying up-to-date with the latest quality control regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager in the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of implementing effective quality control systems and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques, such as statistical process control, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
