- A chartered Accountant / MBA – with prior experience in a Corporate or a bank treasury- For the applicants with Corporate Treasury experience, the corporate should have significant forex volumes.
- Have a sound Knowledge of the pricing and valuation of forex forward contracts and other assets and liabilities denominated in foreign currencies.
- Understanding of the forex derivatives product lifecycle – both Forwards and Options
- Good understanding of ISDA and other documentation procedures and exposure to managing internal Statutory Audit compliance & controls.
- Aware about the relevant RBI / FEMA / FEDAI / SEBI Guidelines on financial markets Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have
- Highly Pro-active in monitoring forex exposures and P&L
- Experience of using Integrated Treasury Management platforms and market data and analytics platforms like Bloomberg
- Good understanding of the forex exposure and hedging
- Have the knowledge of regulatory requirements and policies related to Treasury operations
- Must be curious to learn and have an analytical mind
- Proficient in using MS-Office products such as Excel and Power Point
- Good Knowledge and on Ind AS/IFRS/IAS Financial Accounting Standards related to Treasury operations
- Ability to build a rapport with counterparties, auditors, other stake holders
